devlog #9

Hello Everyone,
Let me first apologize for the late update. It seems my post last Monday didn't go through.
I will be taking a few weeks off of development due to family visiting from out of state. I will be doing some progress while they are here but not as much as I has been. I feel that by the time they leave I will have enough for another blog post to share with everyone.
But before that, I can show some more screenshots of what I have been working on.
I did a huge overhaul of the graphics since the last pictures. It isn't much when you had nothing but now we have some T-posers and the start of a map. As you can see when compared to the other pictures, it actually looks like something!
Getting to this point was a very tedious and hard time but thankfully I got there eventually thanks to the creator of C++, Bjarne Stroustrup.
Without his language and his book about cpp programming, This would still be just a dream.
Anyways, I am choosing a 2d isometric gridsystem to start. I will eventually implement changing viewpoints to help with z layer changes.
Bigger things to come,
Until next time!
